The Building
This is a high-rise development project of two towers, with a sophisticated modern tropical architectural theme. The corridors are single-loaded, and there is a Sky Patio and other open landscaped atriums for every five floors to ensure that the residents would always have an access to open air for when they want to relax. There are also breezeways in every floor.

The condominium units in Prisma Residences have their own balconies where the homeowners can have their own view of the city and other surrounding places. If you would like to go out and see more of the skyscraper view, there is also the Sky Patio, whose landscapes further enhances the resort atmosphere and feel of the building, as this area provides the residents an unrestricted view of the entire city. This view also extends to a Sky Lounge or deck garden, which can also be an option if the residents would like to hold social events or maybe even just sit there to have a quiet place to work.

As for the security, there is also the Property Management Office that is integrated within the building. They are the ones in charge of making sure that the residential condominium is safe and properly maintained at all times. They are the ones to assist the homeowners as well as those who wanted to buy a unit if they need any help or has any concerns.

To further ensure security, there are also other measures that are put in place to make sure that no one can trespass the community. The building is surrounded by an electrified perimeter fence, and it is also equipped with CCTV cameras. Security guards roam around the building for 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

In Prisma Residences, brown outs are a thing of the past. There are back-up power generators in each building so that there will be continuous flow of electricity even during a power outage. There is also an overhead water tank to make sure that water supply will not dwindle. High-speed elevators are put in place for homeowners to be able to freely roam around the building and outside. There is also a centralized garbage disposal area so there is no worry for the residents to get sick from the toxic fumes released by decomposing trash. A sewage treatment facility and an underground cistern are also put in the building to further ensure proper waste management and disposal. Aside from that there are also individual mailboxes, a laundry station, and a water refill station.

In the case of fire, there are automatic fire sprinklers and fire suppression systems at the hallways. Fire hoses are also accessible at the hallway near the stairwell, and fire exits in both wings of every floor of the building can be utilized should a fire breaks out.
